VR Arena Operations Associate

⭐ Job Summary

Another World VR Strongsville is looking for a friendly, tech‑savvy team member to help run our free‑roam VR arena. This part‑time role includes customer service, game session management, basic technical troubleshooting, and promoting repeat business such as birthday parties and corporate events. If you enjoy VR, gaming, and working with people, this is the perfect job.

⭐ Responsibilities

• Greet guests, check them in, and deliver an exceptional customer experience
• Provide safety instructions and guide players through VR gameplay
• Calibrate and set up Meta VR headsets and controllers
• Monitor live gameplay and assist guests during sessions
• Troubleshoot minor technical issues (tracking, connectivity, calibration, game resets)
• Manage bookings, session flow, and customer queues
• Maintain a clean, organized arena and lobby
• Promote repeat visits, birthday parties, corporate events, and group bookings
• Handle opening and closing duties as needed
• Support smooth end‑to‑end operations during each shift
• Must be available for evenings and weekends

• Strong customer service skills and a friendly personality
• Comfortable with VR equipment and basic tech troubleshooting
• Ability to multitask in a fast‑paced environment
• Prior retail or customer service experience preferred
• Must be able to stand and move for extended periods
• Weekend availability required
