What are the responsibilities and job description for the Digital Designer position at Another Thing?
Another Thing is a creative advertising agency (AdAge's Newcomer Agency of the Year 2026) that uses social-first insights to build big brand ideas that live in culture. We're working with clients as embedded partners so people who are comfortable working in a tightly knit orientated environment are key.
We're looking for a Digital Designer to join Another Thing creative team. This is a hands-on, production-forward design role. You're equally comfortable designing an Amazon product detail page, building out an email campaign, laying out a web page, or producing a set of banner ads, and you bring both speed and precision to everything you touch.
● Design and produce Amazon PDP assets, A /Enhanced Brand Content modules, and storefront pages that convert.
● Design and lay out web pages and site sections in line with brand and UX guidelines.
● Build email marketing creative, from campaign concepts to production-ready, email-safe layouts.
● Produce digital media assets — display banners, paid social creative, and ad sets across multiple sizes and specs.
● Translate creative direction and brand guidelines into finished, on-brand assets quickly and accurately.
● Prepare and export files to exact channel specs (Amazon, ESPs, ad networks, web) for production and trafficking.
● Manage multiple concurrent projects and tight deadlines without sacrificing quality or attention to detail.
● Collaborate closely with creative directors, copywriters, strategists, and account teams through feedback rounds.
● Proof and QA your own work — pixel-perfect accuracy before handoff.
● 3–5 years of digital/production design experience, agency or e-commerce/brand side.
● A portfolio demonstrating work across at least two of: Amazon PDP/A content, web design, email marketing, digital media/banners.
● Strong proficiency in Figma and/or Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, XD).
● Working knowledge of digital production specs — Amazon content guidelines, email-safe design constraints, IAB banner sizes, responsive web grids.
● A demonstrated ability to move quickly without cutting corners — speed and precision, not one or the other.
● Strong organizational skills and comfort juggling multiple projects and stakeholders at once.
● Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design
Remote. Full time or Temp-to-perm. This role may start as a contract position with the intent to convert to full-time employment based on performance, fit, and business need.
