Core Duties
- Create TikTok content strategies for product visibility and conversion.
- Drive TikTok Shop performance through trend analysis and storytelling.
- Optimize digital ads, ROAS, and conversion rates.
- Manage beauty‑focused content calendars and promotional campaigns.
Preferred Background
- 2 years managing TikTok Shops or e‑commerce brands in beauty or cosmetics.
- Proven performance data from the past 90 days (sales metrics required).
- Ability to execute creative, data‑driven strategies independently.
- Experience collaborating with UGC creators or professional influencers.
Compensation & Growth
This is a part‑time, remote position requiring approximately 12–18 hours per week. The starting rate is 10–$17 per hour, depending on experience and verifiable sales performance. Compensation is paid once per month.This is a performance‑based position with compensation that scales alongside results. The more verified sales generated, the greater the pay and potential bonuses.
