Another Chance is seeking a compassionate, accountable, and growth-oriented CADC I or higher to join our expanding team. This role provides direct clinical services to individuals participating in High Intensity Outpatient (HIOP) and Partial Hospitalization (PHP) levels of care.

Position Summary
Another Chance is seeking a compassionate, accountable, and growth-oriented CADC I or higher to join our expanding team. This role provides direct clinical services to individuals participating in High Intensity Outpatient (HIOP) and Partial Hospitalization (PHP) levels of care.
We are looking for a counselor who values collaboration, cultural humility, and professional development — someone who wants a true seat at the table and is committed to delivering person-centered, trauma-informed care.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct biopsychosocial assessments and ASAM evaluations
- Develop individualized treatment plans in collaboration with clients
- Facilitate process groups, psychoeducation groups, and individual counseling sessions
- Complete documentation in compliance with OAR, Medicaid, and agency standards
- Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and case staffing
- Coordinate care with community partners, probation/parole, and referral sources
- Support clients in relapse prevention, recovery planning, and discharge planning
- Maintain ethical standards in accordance with the Oregon Health Authority and CADC credentialing body
- CADC I certification or higher (required)
- Experience in substance use disorder treatment preferred
- Strong documentation and organizational skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
- Commitment to ethical practice and professional boundaries
- Experience working in HIOP or PHP settings
- Knowledge of ASAM criteria
- Bilingual skills are a plus
