Position Description:
As a Line Cook at Another Broken Egg Café, you’ll play a key role in ensuring our Southern-inspired, scratch cooking is served to perfection. If you’re passionate about cooking and thrive in a fast-paced kitchen, we’d love for you to join our team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes and portion guidelines.
- Maintain cleanliness and follow sanitation and safety guidelines.
- Plate dishes to company standards and ensure they meet Guest specifications.
- Deep clean and prep your station for the next shift.
Job Qualifications:
- Prior experience in a high-volume kitchen (at least 6 months required).
- Breakfast or sauté experience preferred.
- Ability to stand for long periods (up to 10 hours) and lift up to 50 pounds.
