About the Role:
The General Manager at Another Broken Egg Cafe is responsible for overseeing all aspects of daily operations to ensure a seamless and exceptional guest experience. This role requires leadership in managing staff, maintaining high standards of food quality and service, and driving business growth through effective marketing and community engagement. The General Manager will be the key decision-maker in operational planning, financial management, and team development, ensuring that the cafe meets its performance goals. They will foster a positive work environment that encourages teamwork, accountability, and continuous improvement. Ultimately, the General Manager will uphold the brand’s reputation by delivering outstanding customer service and operational excellence across all facets of the cafe.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a General Manager or in a similar leadership role within the restaurant or hospitality industry.
- Strong knowledge of restaurant operations, including food safety standards and labor laws.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively lead a diverse team and interact with customers.
- Demonstrated ability to manage budgets, analyze financial data, and drive profitability.
- High school diploma or equivalent; a bachelor’s degree in hospitality management or related field is preferred but not required.
