Job Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and energetic Server/Bartender to join our vibrant hospitality team! Duties
- Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, friendly service throughout their visit
- Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS, ensuring quick and precise transactions
- Prepare and serve a variety of beverages, including cocktails, beers, wines, and non-alcoholic options, with professionalism and flair
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area and dining space in compliance with food safety standards
- Manage cash handling responsibilities accurately while processing payments efficiently
- Assist with food service duties during busy periods, including serving food promptly and checking on guest satisfaction
- Support catering, banquet, or nightclub events by providing exceptional service in fast-paced environments
- Demonstrate strong time management skills to balance multiple tables or bar stations seamlessly while maintaining high-quality service
Requirements
- Proven experience as a server or bartender in a restaurant, fine dining establishment, nightclub, or banquet setting is highly preferred
- Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS to process sales efficiently
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to engage guests positively and handle diverse situations gracefully
- Strong knowledge of food safety protocols and proper food handling techniques
- Basic math skills for cash handling, retail math calculations, and accurate order processing
- Ability to manage time effectively during high-volume shifts in fast-paced environments
- Experience with food industry standards including serving alcohol responsibly and understanding beverage menus
- Knowledge of brewing processes or hospitality industry trends is a plus but not required
