A leading hedge fund is hiring a Business Analyst to join the Strategic FinOps & Broker Relations team, partnering closely with PMs on P&L analysis, broker strategy, and cost management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead bi-annual broker vote process and manage broker performance insights
- Own commission wallet, invoicing, and accruals
- Analyze expenses and budgets, forecasting run-rate and advising PMs on cost optimization
- Proven ability to analyze complex datasets and translate into actionable insights
Profile:
- 5-10 years in FP&A, IB or Strategic Finance experience in financial services
- Strong Excel; Python/Tableau a plus
- Analytical, detail-oriented, and commercially minded with strong communication skills
High-impact role with direct PM exposure and clear path to increased ownership.
