Account Executive - Behavioral Health Marketing

Position Overview
We're seeking a motivated founding Account Executive to join our growing sales team. In this role, you'll connect with behavioral health providers to help them build their brands and increase census, ultimately impacting their ability to help more people. This is more than a sales role; it's an opportunity to make a meaningful impact on the behavioral health industry.
Key Responsibilities
Business Development
- Identify and prospect new behavioral health clients through outbound calling, LinkedIn, networking, and industry events
- Conduct discovery calls to understand client challenges, goals, and growth opportunities
- Present tailored marketing solutions that address specific needs in the behavioral health space
- Manage the full sales cycle from initial contact through contract signing
- Meet and exceed weekly, monthly, and quarterly targets and quotas
Client Consultation
- Educate prospects on digital marketing strategies specific to behavioral health
- Demonstrate our service offerings: branding, social media management, SEO, PPC advertising, AI chatbot technology, content production, and analytics/conversion tracking
- Master the ability to tell the Anonymity story and what makes us different
- Develop customized proposals and pricing packages based on client needs and budgets
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding of new clients
Relationship Management
- Build and maintain strong relationships with behavioral health administrators, owners and directors
- Understand the unique challenges facing behavioral health providers related to patient acquisition, marketing strategies, etc.
- Establish relationships with referral partners
- Serve as a trusted advisor on marketing best practices in the behavioral health industry
- Maintain accurate records of all sales activities in the CRM
Required Qualifications
- 2 years of B2B sales experience, preferably in marketing services, SaaS, or behavioral healthcare
- Successful business development background generating leads and willingness to lean in on heavy outbound prospecting
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas
- Strong understanding of digital marketing concepts (SEO, PPC, social media, website design)
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to build rapport and trust with behavioral healthcare professionals
- Self-motivated with strong time management and organizational skills
- Positive attitude and resilient
- Comfortable with consultative selling and managing complex sales cycles
- Proficiency with CRM systems and sales tools
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience selling to behavioral health, addiction treatment, or healthcare providers
- Familiarity with marketing analytics and ROI measurement
- Understanding of the behavioral health treatment continuum
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field
