At Anomali, we specialize in Security Analytics, empowering organizations to detect and respond to threats more swiftly and effectively. We are seeking a highly technical and innovative backend engineer intern. Qualifications

Required Skills / Experience:

o Majoring in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or Computer Engineering.

o Proficiency in programming with Python, Java, C/C , or other modern Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) languages used for scalable distributed system backend development.

o Creative, Innovative and unlimited thinkers: Please include experience that highlights this. How will you help us be on the cutting edge tomorrow?

o Prior participation in coding competitions (e.g., Codeforces, USACO Platinum, ICPC) is highly regarded.

o Experience with relational databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL).

o Familiarity with big data technologies such as Apache Spark is preferred.

o Interest in GenAI is a bonus.

o  This is a hybrid opportunity at our Redwood City, CA office location. Relocation assistance or accommodations are not provided. Full remote is not an option. We value collaboration on-site.
