The overall responsibility of the Data Operations Manager is to promote the effective use of data systems by maintaining a high level of service and support for end-users focusing on driving operational excellence through continuous process improvement, building a high-performing support team, and delivering an excellent service experience to our schools and families while overseeing the daily activities of assigned team to ensure accountability and alignment with organizational goals.
Duties And Responsibilities
Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Technology Management or a closely related field. Minimum 5 years of information systems management. Other related management experience will be considered.

Duties And Responsibilities
- Oversee application-level administration and system configuration to optimize the performance and reliability of the Student Information System.
- Design and implement a training plan that serves both department and site staff for onboarding/ongoing operations.
- Analyze and design current operations practices and procedures to maximize efficiency with a goal of continuous improvement.
- Attract, hire, and empower a team of support professionals designed to serve all stakeholders in the school community.
- Coordinate and facilitate the work of the Information Services dept. with school sites for the purpose of a consistent team approach to school support.
- Design and implement an effective support strategy providing timely support for end users in a variety of applications and services.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to multitask & set priorities in a constantly changing, high-stress environment
- Be able to establish and maintain positive relationships
- Ability to build collaborative teams and lead them effectively through organizational transitions and process improvements
- Knowledge of data management practices, security best practices, and technology management principles
