Job Summary
As a Nursing Assistant, you will play a crucial role in providing direct patient care and support to healthcare professionals in various medical settings. Your assistance will contribute to the overall well-being and comfort of patients.
Duties
- Assist patients with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, and feeding
- Take and record vital signs accurately
- Provide emotional support to patients and their families
- Assist healthcare professionals with medical procedures
- Maintain a clean and organized patient environment
- Adhere to HIPAA regulations and maintain patient confidentiality
-Work inside client's home
Requirements
- Certification as a Nursing Assistant or completion of a Nursing Assistant training program
-PCA Test required if license arent available (Pass with an 80 or above)
- Knowledge of working with people with developmental disabilities is a plus
- Familiarity with medical office systems for documentation and record-keeping
- Ability to accurately measure and record vital signs
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced healthcare environment
Hiring Incentive offered after 30 days of completed shifts
Hours based on client needs
