What are the responsibilities and job description for the Hiring, in home attendant care position at Annville Adult Day Healthcare?
We are hiring for our in-home attendant care program. Start pay for non -experience is $13.00 an hour and experience $13.50 and in 6 months you receive .25 raise based upon attendance and work ethics and then possible yearly raises. You will receive mileage reimbursement. Medicaid is currently paying an extra $5.25 an hour on top of the $13-$13.50 an hour, Medicaid hasnt stated when this will end , last time they did this it lasted a few years. We have full time and part time work available. We go into the home of each client to care for the elderly , cooking , cleaning, personal care, shopping, laundry, doctor appointments and going to community events. CNA is preferred but not required and we will train you. You have to pass a KY Kares background check, drug screen, and be at least 18 years old , have a Diploma or GED and have a valid KY drivers license and dependable vehicle with either full coverage or liability insurance on it and maintain insurance on it.
