What are the responsibilities and job description for the AM Baking and Pastry position at Annisquam Yacht Club?
Looking for a part time baking and pastry person. Responsibilities would be making bread dough, pizza dough portions, the occasional breakfast pastries, desserts.
Creative input is welcomed and encouraged. This would be a new position at the club so it’s still under development. Hours would have to be pretty early, but days of the week would be negotiable. Ideal candidate would have baking and pastry production experience and be able to reliably produce 4 desserts a week, pizza dough, assorted bread dough, provide the chef with a weekly requisition list, and occasionally make breakfast pastry items, muffins, biscuits, etc. Position starts in early June, and runs through September.
