We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Full-Time Dental Assistant to join our dynamic team! This position offers a four-day work week (10-hour shifts) with no weekends, allowing you to maintain a great work-life balance. Minimum of 3 years of recent dental assisting experience required. Will consider Part-Time applicants for 2 days a week. You may be asked to fill in as a receptionist or schedule patients for treatment as needed. Previous experience with front desk duties including scheduling and insurance verification is helpful but will provide training as needed.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with all aspects of general dental procedures, including patient care, sterilization, and maintaining a clean, organized environment.
- Manage office and equipment maintenance, ensuring everything is ready for each day.
- Oversee inventory management and ordering of dental supplies.
- Fill in for front desk reception as needed for optimal office efficiency.
- Be a proactive and positive team member, ready to contribute to patient satisfaction and clinic efficiency.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in general dental assisting required.
- Previous leadership experience is a plus.
- Familiarity with intraoral scanners, CEREC, and Invisalign is preferred but not mandatory.
- Excellent communication skills and a positive, professional attitude.
- Ability to work independently and efficiently, with a keen eye for detail.
