Responsibilities
- Thoroughly clean and sanitize all areas of Airbnb properties, including bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchens, and common spaces
- Perform detailed floor care, including vacuuming, mopping, and carpet cleaning as needed
- Handle laundry duties such as washing, folding, and organizing linens and towels
- Restock supplies like toiletries, paper products, and kitchen essentials to ensure guest convenience
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness by adhering to sanitation protocols and safety guidelines
- Report any maintenance issues or damages to property management promptly
- Ensure properties are well-organized and presentable before guest check-in
- Assist with light cooking tasks if required to enhance guest experience
- Uphold excellent customer service by being professional, courteous, and responsive to guest needs during turnover visits
Experience
- Prior experience in residential cleaning or commercial cleaning environments preferred
- Knowledge of floor care techniques including carpet cleaning and janitorial practices

- Familiarity with sanitation standards and proper cleaning procedures for vacation rentals or hospitality settings
