AnnieMac Home Mortgage is looking to hire a Full Time Loan Partner II to be responsible for supporting Mortgage Loan Originators (MLOs) and/or the Branch Manager in delivering an exceptional borrower and realtor experience. This role takes full ownership of the loan process from initial contact through contract, ensuring speed, accuracy, and clear communication throughout the early stages of the loan lifecycle.
The LP2 is not permitted to take a loan application, assist a consumer in completing a loan application, or discuss, negotiate, or offer loan terms.

Pipeline Ownership (Contact to Contract)
This role may be performed remotely and requires extended periods working on a computer and within loan origination systems. The LP2 must maintain a productive work environment and be accessible during standard business hours.
This role is eligible for a per loan bonus.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Pipeline Ownership (Contact to Contract)
- Take full ownership of the loan process from initial contact through contract execution.
- Review all borrower documentation, including credit, income, and assets, for completeness and accuracy.
- Organize documentation into clearly structured categories (income, assets, etc.) to ensure efficient underwriting review.
- Submit files for Platinum Preapproval within 4 hours of receiving all required documentation.
- Request initial disclosures for borrowers and provide an updated, clearly defined “Needs List.”
- Order appraisals and ensure the correct loan product is selected based on the file structure.
- Drive borrower responsiveness to ensure all required documentation is received within 48 hours.
- Participate in and contribute to weekly pipeline/status calls.
- Provide proactive updates to borrowers, real estate agents, and internal partners.
- Coordinate closely with processing and other departments to ensure seamless file progression.
- Research borrower scenarios using underwriting guidelines and investor requirements.
- Support Loan Officers by preparing files for qualification and identifying potential issues early.
- Minimum 3 years of mortgage industry experience.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Bilingual in Spanish and English (required) – strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple files and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Comfortable working remotely with a reliable, high-speed internet connection.
