Role Description
This is a full-time remote role for a Loan Officer at AnnieMac Home Mortgage. The Loan Officer will assist clients in obtaining suitable mortgage solutions by assessing their financial needs, evaluating loan applications, and guiding them through the mortgage process. Responsibilities include developing and maintaining relationships with clients and partners, staying informed about market trends and mortgage regulations, and achieving sales and service goals through tailored loan recommendations.
Qualifications
- Experience with mortgage loan origination, loan products, and lending procedures
- Proficiency in financial analysis, credit evaluation, and customer qualification assessments
- Excellent communication, customer service, and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational, time management, and problem-solving abilities
- Knowledge of mortgage market trends, compliance requirements, and industry regulations
- Proficiency with CRM systems and mortgage origination software
- Self-motivation and ability to work effectively in a remote environment
- Relevant industry certifications or licenses, such as NMLS licensing, are required
- Previous experience in the mortgage or financial industry is beneficial but not mandatory
