• Loan Officer Assistant and operational support
• A structured processing and execution team
• Systems designed to remove friction from your day
The goal is simple.
You spend your time originating, structuring loans, and protecting referral relationships.
Support exists to give you leverage.
Ownership remains with you.
Every Loan Officer at Momentum Group is responsible for the final review and approval judgment on every preapproval submitted with an offer. Your name, license, and reputation stand behind every deal.

Your Role
Your job is to:
• Take conplete applications
• Structure loans correctly
• Personally review and approve preapprovals
• Protect referral partners through certainty and execution
Your job is not:
• Chasing documents
• Clearing conditions
• Babysitting files
• Explaining internal delays to Realtors
Our support teams handle execution so your referral partners experience a consistent, white-glove process on every transaction.
