The Foundation is seeking an associate director, digital communications, for our Strategic Communications team. The associate director will lead the Foundation’s digital strategy by overseeing creation, management and dissemination of high-quality multimedia content to expand engagement with the Foundation’s audiences. This role will supervise two communication professionals.
Qualified candidates will have the following:
- Bachelor’s degree and eight or more years of professional communications experience, including three years managing staff, ideally in communications agency, nonprofit or government settings.
- Proven success leading digital strategy, content creation and analytics to expand reach and engagement across web, video and social media platforms.
- Strong project management and technical skills, including oversight of websites, content management systems and cross-functional digital initiatives.
- Exceptional writing, collaboration, and leadership abilities, with capacity to translate complex ideas into compelling, mission-driven digital storytelling.
