About the Role:
We’re seeking an energetic and compassionate medical assistant to join our practice. This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about patient care, organized, and committed to supporting patients and clinicians in a dynamic, collaborative environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Record patient history, vitals, and other relevant information
- Ensure exam rooms are clean, stocked, and prepared for each appointment
- Provide education to patients on treatment plans and follow-up care
- Manage patient records and ensure accurate documentation
- Assist with communication via the patient portal
- Monitor and order office and medical supply inventory
- Support clinical staff with managing patient flow, maintaining records, and some scheduling
- Administer shots and injections as needed
- 3-5 years of experience as a medical assistant
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Proficient in electronic health records (EHR) systems
- Empathetic, friendly, punctual, and professional demeanor
- Willingness to work as part of a team and support a collaborative environment
- Positive attitude toward patient care
