Medical Assistant - Body and Beauty Lab

Body Beauty Lab is a modern aesthetic practice delivering high-quality, results-driven care in a refined clinical environment. The medical assistant will be working closely with top-of-class aesthetic injectors to support delivery of comprehensive, personalized treatment plans and procedures. Our approach emphasizes clinical excellence, thoughtful treatment design, and an elevated patient experience.

Spearheaded by our medical director, Dr. Leslie Baumann, an internationally renowned board-certified dermatologist, researcher, and bestselling author, we are excited to partner with top talent who share our commitment to excellence.

Responsibilities:

• Escort patients to treatment rooms and prepare them for appointments.
• Room set-up and turnover between services.
• Accurately chart patient visits and maintain EMR records.
• Assist providers during aesthetic procedures (injectables, laser, skin treatments, etc.).
• Call in prescriptions to pharmacies as directed by providers.
• Deliver excellent customer service at every touchpoint.
• Cross-train and support front desk operations: scheduling, check-in/check-out, answering phones.
• Handle general administrative tasks (inventory, supply restocking, basic office support).
• Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming clinical environment.

Qualifications:

• Medical Assistant certification/diploma OR equivalent experience in a clinical setting.
• Prior experience in medical aesthetics, dermatology, or plastic surgery a plus.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Comfortable in a fast-paced, detail-oriented, client-facing setting.
• Professional appearance and demeanor.
• Reliable, discreet, and team-oriented.
