Key Responsibilities
- Patient Care: Conduct initial consultations, manage ongoing patient interactions, document medical histories and notes, and perform clinical procedures, including injections and subcutaneous pellet implantations.
- Treatment Management: Develop and modify personalized treatment plans, order and review lab work, assess and address changes in patient health, and prescribe medications and peptides as appropriate.
- Collaboration & Communication: Engage regularly with patients through the patient portal, maintain consistent communication with staff, and adapt to evolving clinical protocols.
- Professional Development: Participate in a required six-month training program provided by the employer to deepen expertise in functional medicine.
- Licensed Nurse Practitioner
- Minimum of 3 years of clinical experience (preferred)
- Excellent communication and organizational skills; thrives in a fast-paced environment and works well within a collaborative team
- Proficient in EMR, PubMed, and comfortable with social media use for educational purposes
- Analytical and critical thinking skills with a commitment to high-quality, empathetic patient care
- Hours: M-F, 9:30-5pm; subject to change based on client demand
