Job Summary:
The Antiage Institute is seeking an experienced nurse injector to join our medical aesthetics team located in Houston. We are looking for polished applicants that have a professional demeanor, exceptional communication skills, and passion for delivering best-in-class results to clients. Our modern, state of the art Medical Spa is seeking a Texas Licensed RN, NP, or a PA to perform aesthetic treatments (i.e. Botox/Neurotoxins, Filler, Sculptra etc.)
Responsibilities:
● Conduct in-depth patient consultations that include taking medical history, explaining risks and benefits, and obtaining signed consents for procedures.
● Administer high-quality cosmetic injections, including neurotoxins, dermal fillers, and other aesthetic modalities ensuring overall patient satisfaction. Provide exceptional customer service to patients.
● Maintain accurate documentation of patient’s needs, preferences, and services provided in all medical files.
● Commit to continuing education and training when needed or requested. Keep up to date with the latest industry developments
● Open to learning new techniques, procedures, and brand language.
● Maintain a high level of professionalism when interacting with clients, pharmaceutical reps, and staff members.
● Collaborate with other healthcare professionals and administrative counterparts to provide comprehensive patient care.
● Abide by all state laws and regulations regarding sanitation, protocols, and safety.
● Practice patient confidentiality in accordance with HIPAA guidelines and company policy.
● Conduct treatment room inspections to ensure the highest level of cleanliness and organization and manage inventory.
Requirements:
● RN, NP or PA licensure in Texas with a minimum of 2-3 years' experience administering cosmetic injectables (Botox/Neurotoxins, Filler, Sculptra etc.)
● Proven sales experience with a track record of generating $5-6K in sales per day
● Existing customer base preferred
● Desire to work in a fast-paced environment
● Strong customer service orientation
● Works collaboratively with team members to achieve common goals
