About The Role

The Manager of Ignite leads and supports a dedicated team to ensure the delivery of high-quality client service. In this role, you’ll develop, mentor, and empower team members to drive strong performance while fostering a collaborative, positive work environment. Your leadership directly strengthens Annex’s commitment to providing exceptional wealth management services as a fee-only fiduciary firm.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead & Develop the Team: Coach, mentor, and support wealth managers to strengthen performance, morale, and overall team effectiveness.
• Deliver Exceptional Client Service: Ensure the team maintains strong client relationships, high retention, and consistently delivers fiduciary-level service.
• Drive Growth: Support referral growth and contribute to the firm’s broader AUM and business expansion goals.
• Ensure Compliance & Operational Excellence: Uphold all regulatory requirements, firm policies, and operational best practices.
• Enhance Processes & Collaboration: Improve workflows, encourage knowledge sharing, and foster a positive, collaborative team culture.
• Support Strategic Initiatives: Contribute to planning and executing firm-wide strategies that elevate the client experience and drive long-term success.
  
  

Requirements

What You’ll Need to Succeed

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, communications, or related field.
• Experience: Proven experience in digital marketing, including leadership or team management capacity. Background in wealth management, financial services, or insurance is required.
• Skills & Tools:
• Strong team leadership and coaching ability
• Commitment to exceptional, fiduciary-level client service
• Solid relationship-management and business acumen
• Working knowledge of industry regulations and compliance
• Clear, effective communicator
• Proficient with financial planning tools and CRM system
