Job title: Office Administrator
Location: Reseda, CA
Hours: Full Time, Monday – Friday, 8am – 5pm
Compensation: $20 per hour
Job Responsibilities and Tasks:
- Data Entry
- Maintain organized office space
- Assist with answering phones
- Process Credit Card payments
- Filing
- Assist with Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable
- Any special projects for management team
Skills and Qualifications:
- Proven experience in office administration, executive assistance, or related roles.
- Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Computer knowledge and proficiency in office tools and software, including Microsoft Office Suite
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities while maintaining attention to detail.
- A high school diploma or equivalent is required.
