As we continue to grow, we are seeking a skilled and driven Business Litigation Attorney with 5 years of experience to join our team.

Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site position. The attorney will be responsible for:
- Managing a caseload of business and commercial litigation matters
- Providing legal advice and counsel to clients
- Conducting legal research and drafting pleadings, motions, and discovery
- Representing clients in negotiations, hearings, and court proceedings
- Collaborating with partners and team members to develop case strategy
Qualifications
- Juris Doctor (JD) degree and active Florida Bar admission
- Minimum 5 years of experience in business litigation
- Strong legal research, writing, and negotiation skills
- Experience with labor and employment law is a plus
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work independently and on-site
