What are the responsibilities and job description for the Event decor prep and set up position at Anne's Florals and Gifts?
We’re looking for a reliable, hands-on team member to help bring beautiful events to life!
What You’ll Do:
- Assist with event setup and breakdown
- Install décor including draping, backdrops, and floral elements
- Prep and organize linens and event materials
- Load/unload and transport décor items
- Help ensure each event is executed smoothly and on time
- What We’re Looking For:
- Able to lift and carry items (25–50 lbs)
- Comfortable climbing ladders and working at heights
- Self-motivated and able to multitask
- Positive attitude and team player
- Enjoys creative, fast-paced work and seeing events come together
- Bonus (not required but helpful):
- Experience with events, décor, or florals
- Valid driver’s license
- Schedule:
- Flexible hours (weekends required)
- Event-based scheduling

Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $15.00 - $18.00 per hour
Expected hours: 20 – 25 per week
