Overview
We are seeking a reliable and organized Bilingual Filing Clerk to join our team. The ideal candidate must be fluent in bothEnglish and Spanish and have excellent organizational and communication skills.
Duties
- Organize and maintain physical and electronic files.
- Retrieve physical and electronic documents.
- Communicate with English and Spanish speaking clients as needed .
- Support office staff with various administrative tasks as needed.
- Assist with various mailings -- birthday cards, holiday cards, post cards, etc.
Qualifications
- Must be fluent in both English and Spanish (spoken and written).
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office.
- Previous clerical or filing experience is preferred but not required.
- Professional attitude and dependable attendance.
