We are looking for a full time Interior Design Project Manager that has experience in both furnishings and interior architecture and can deliver high quality and appropriate service and products to our discriminating clientele. Must be collaborative both within the office and our team members including builders, subcontractors, architects and owners.

Job Responsibilities Include:

· Responsibility for residential interior design projects

· Oversee a number of projects at once, shifting priorities as necessary

· Scheduling, meeting deadlines and monitoring time budgets

· Ability to prepare FF&E and time budgets for 1,000 – 5,000 SF projects

· Accurately produce and redline drawings and FF&E schedules and specifications in compliance with firm standards and building codes for residential interiors

· Select, specify and purchase furnishings

Job Requirements: Position is located in Aspen, Colorado. Not a remote position.

· Interior Design degree

· Minimum of 6 years of interior design experience, with a focus on high end residential

· High level of proficiency in AutoCAD (minimum 4 years work exp.), including floor plans, electrical plans, interior elevations and furniture plans.

· Proficiency in StudioDesigner and Sketch-Up are a plus

· Understands the project process for a full remodel project from permit submittal to furnishings installation

· Proficient in programs from the Adobe Creative Suite, Photoshop, and Illustrator specifically.

· Understands purchasing process - can select, specify, order and track

· Highly developed communication skills, written and verbal, specifically with clients

· Knowledge of furniture sources, ordering, and tracking furniture

· Strong attention to detail

· Familiar with industry drawing standards

· This position requires employee to work from our office

Physical Requirements:

· Ability to conduct activities involving moderate standing, walking, and substantial sitting and typing

· Flexibility and ability to travel.

· Ability to lift boxes or items up to 40 pounds

· Ability to hear and respond to phone calls and conversations

· Ability to occasionally stoop, kneel, crouch, and balance while filing or operating office equipment.

Pay: $85,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
