We’re looking for a warm, organized, and client-focused Spa Receptionist to be the welcoming face of our spa.

Client Experience & Front Desk
- Greet clients with a friendly, professional, and confident presence
- Create a welcoming, calm, and polished front-desk environment
- Check clients in/out and ensure a smooth flow of appointments
- Maintain confidentiality and professionalism at all times
Scheduling & Coordination
- Manage appointment booking, confirmations, and rescheduling
- Optimize provider schedules and minimize gaps
- Monitor daily calendars and assist with service flow
- Handle cancellations and waitlists efficiently
Phone & Communication
- Answer phones promptly with excellent etiquette
- Respond to client inquiries about services, pricing, and policies
- Manage voicemail, texts, and online booking requests
- Communicate clearly with staff regarding schedule updates
Sales & Client Support
- Educate clients on services, memberships, and promotions
- Recommend retail products based on client needs
- Process payments, gift cards, and packages
- Support daily sales goals and client retention efforts
Daily Operations
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of reception and common areas
- Perform light housekeeping duties (laundry, tidying, restocking)
- Keep retail displays neat, stocked, and visually appealing
- Assist with inventory awareness and supply monitoring
Administrative & Support Tasks Maintain accurate client records and notes
- Complete end-of-day reconciliation / closing tasks
- Assist with client issue resolution with professionalism
- Support team members and contribute to a positive work culture

- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Comfortable with technology and booking systems (Vagaro, etc.)
- Excellent communication and phone skills
- Sales-aware with a service-driven mindset
- Reliable, proactive, and detail-oriented
Bonus Qualities (Not Required)
- Prior spa / salon / hospitality experience
- Retail or customer service background
- Passion for beauty, skincare, or wellnes
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour
