Duties

• Handle incoming calls promptly and professionally, addressing customer inquiries with clarity and courtesy
• Provide outstanding customer support by resolving issues efficiently and effectively, ensuring customer satisfaction
• Assist clients with account information, product details, and service options using strong communication skills
• Conduct data entry accurately into company systems, maintaining detailed records of interactions and transactions
• Support outbound calling efforts when necessary to follow up on customer requests or gather feedback
• Demonstrate excellent phone etiquette, active listening, and Bilingual communication skills to serve diverse client needs
• Utilize Microsoft Office tools to document interactions, generate reports, and manage client information with technical proficiency

Qualifications

• Proven call center experience or customer service background with strong phone communication skills
• Multilingual abilities are highly desirable to serve a diverse client base effectively
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; additional language proficiency is a plus
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail in data entry and record keeping
• Technical proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and computer systems required for daily tasks
• Demonstrated problem-solving abilities and customer service orientation to handle complex inquiries
• Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining professionalism under pressure
• Previous experience in sales or client services is advantageous but not mandatory
