Overview

We're hiring a Medical Assistant to join our outpatient dermatology clinic in Towson, MD. The Medical Assistant will

assist

Physicians and other Providers

by

preparing procedure trays, ensuring adequate supplies for the

department

and

assisting

with patient care.

Travel to Urbana office on Mondays. Mileage reimbursement provided. Start time as early as 7:30am.

Qualifications

Licensure/Certifications/Education

Education and Experience:

• High School Graduate or GED required.
• Completion of a Medical Assistant Program, Certified Nursing Assistant program or completion of a bachelor's degree program in the pre-med or pre-physician assistant track preferred.
• CPR certified preferred.
• 1-2 years of recent experience as a Medical Assistant, Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA), or other clinical patient care experience preferred.
• Previous experience in Dermatology is preferred.
