Virginia Dermatology & Skin Cancer Center, in affiliation with Anne Arundel Dermatology, is seeking an experienced Dermatology Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our growing Virginia Beach practice.

Responsibilities
- Evaluate, diagnose, and treat a wide range of dermatologic conditions
- Perform dermatologic procedures consistent with training and experience
- Provide aesthetic consultations and treatments while helping patients achieve their skincare goals
- Develop individualized treatment plans and educate patients on diagnoses, treatment options, procedures, and preventative care
- Maintain timely, accurate, and compliant medical documentation
- Collaborate with physicians, advanced practice providers, and support staff to deliver exceptional patient care
- Foster strong patient relationships through compassionate, patient-centered care
- Uphold the highest standards of professionalism, clinical excellence, and customer service
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of dermatology experience required
- Experience in both medical dermatology and aesthetic services strongly preferred
- Ability to independently evaluate, diagnose, and manage dermatology patients
- Experience performing dermatologic procedures
- Strong communication and patient relationship-building skills
- Excellent bedside manner and commitment to patient-centered care
- Self-motivated, organized, and team-oriented
- Demonstrated professionalism, integrity, and accountability
- Board Certified Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant
- Graduate of an accredited Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant program
- Active Virginia license or ability to obtain prior to start date
- Current DEA registration and prescriptive authority, if applicable
- Current BLS certification
