Job Description
Nature of Work:
Provide front desk coverage, greet patients, answer phones, and route calls to intended individuals and programs. Responsible for scheduling and managing appointments for various medical providers. Maintain spreadsheets and data entry. Ensure daily tasks are completed timely and accurately.
Minimum Qualifications
Education:
High School Diploma or Equivalency (GED).
Experience:
Two years performing secretarial or clerical work involving typing duties.
Desired or Preferred Qualifications:
Ability to multitask and effective customer service and communication skills. Working knowledge of MS Office Products (Word, Excel) in addition to Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, Gmail).
