Full-Time County Contractual Position open to all qualified candidates. Location: 122 North Langley Road, Suite A & B, Glen Burnie, MD 21060 Hours: Monday - Friday, 5:00 a.m. - 1:30 p.m. Benefits: Participation in the County’s group health plan including prescription, dental, and optical, paid holidays and sick leave. Optional deferred compensation program at employee's own expense.
Job Description
Nature of Work:
Provide front desk coverage, greet patients, answer phones and route calls to intended individuals and programs. Responsible for scheduling and managing appointments for various medical providers. Maintain spreadsheets and data entry. Ensure daily tasks are completed timely and accurately.
Education
Minimum Qualifications
High School Diploma or Equivalency (GED).
Experience
Two years performing secretarial or clerical work involving typing duties.
Desired Or Preferred Qualifications
Ability to multitask. Effective customer service and communication skills. Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Products (Word, Excel) in addition to Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, Gmail).
