Position Summary
We are seeking a dynamic Operations Manager to oversee day-to-day field operations and ensure excellence across all landscaping projects. This role is ideal for a results-driven professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and excels in people management, scheduling, and operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate daily field operations for multiple landscaping crews.
- Ensure all projects meet quality standards, deadlines, and safety protocols.
- Oversee scheduling, logistics, and resource allocation for maintenance and enhancement teams.
- Manage budgets, track performance metrics, and support profitability goals.
- Collaborate with branch management to implement company initiatives and operational best practices.
- Recruit, train, and mentor field supervisors and crew leaders.
- Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress, identify issues, and communicate with clients as needed.
Qualifications
- 3-5 years of proven experience managing field operations or multiple crews, ideally in landscaping or property services.
- Strong leadership and team management skills, including training and mentoring.
- Skilled in scheduling, resource allocation, and overseeing daily operations.
- Experience managing budgets, tracking performance, and improving efficiency.
- Knowledge of safety protocols and ability to enforce compliance on job sites.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Excellent communication and client relationship skills.
- Results-driven and able to meet deadlines while maintaining quality standards.
- Valid drivers license and clean driving record
