Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage branch operations, including maintenance and enhancement divisions.
- Develop and execute business plans to achieve financial and operational goals.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring satisfaction and retention.
- Hire, train, and develop team members across departments.
- Monitor job costing, budgets, and profitability metrics.
- Foster a culture of safety, accountability, and teamwork.
- Collaborate with senior leadership to align branch strategy with company objectives.
Qualifications
- Proven experience managing branch or multi-department operations, ideally in landscaping or property services.
- Strong leadership skills with experience hiring, training, and developing staff.
- Skilled in planning, budgeting, and monitoring profitability.
- Experience overseeing both maintenance and enhancement operations.
