Job Title: Travel Physical Therapist (W2 Contract)
Location: Savannah, Georgia
Assignment Duration: 13 Weeks

Responsibilities
- Evaluate patients and develop individualized physical therapy treatment plans.
- Administer therapeutic exercises, manual therapy, and other evidence-based interventions.
- Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed.
- Educate patients and caregivers on treatment goals, home exercise programs, and injury prevention.
- Maintain accurate and timely patient documentation in accordance with facility policies.
- Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and interdisciplinary healthcare teams to ensure comprehensive patient care.
- Adhere to all facility protocols, state regulations, and professional standards of practice.
- Deliver high-quality, patient-centered care in a fast-paced clinical environment.
Minimum Requirements:
- Allied Health License for or Compact as applicable
- Applicable recent experience in this Allied Health Physical Therapist work setting
- Minimum Experience varies by Profession and setting.
