Annashae Healthcare Staffing is seeking an experienced Oncology Clinical Pharmacist for a full-time opportunity with a medical center in Milford, Delaware.
Position Details

Responsibilities
- Provide clinical pharmacy services to inpatient and outpatient oncology patients.
- Review and optimize chemotherapy and supportive care treatment plans.
- Collaborate with oncologists, physicians, nurse practitioners, nurses, and oncology fellows.
- Monitor medication therapy, dosing, outcomes, and potential drug-related problems.
- Provide medication education to patients and healthcare professionals.
- Participate in oncology rounds, quality initiatives, and service-line meetings.
- Serve as a preceptor and oncology subject matter expert.
- Promote safe, evidence-based, and cost-effective medication therapy.
Requirements
- Pharm.D. or equivalent doctoral pharmacy degree.
- Current, unrestricted Pharmacist License.
- Board Certified Oncology Pharmacist (BCOP).
- Minimum 3 years of hospital pharmacy experience.
- At least 3 years of oncology pharmacy/clinical experience or equivalent training.
- PGY-1/PGY-2 residency training preferred.
