- Wed, Thurs, Sat | 10:00 AM – 11:00 PM (with call) – 1 opening
- Thurs, Fri, Sat | 7:00 PM – 8:00 AM (Overnight, includes on-call) – 1 opening
- Wed, Thurs, Fri, Sat | 9:00 PM – 7:00 AM (Overnight, includes on-call) – 1 opening
- Sun, Mon, Tues, Wed | 9:00 PM – 7:00 AM (Overnight, includes on-call) – 1 opening
- Mon–Fri | 3:00 PM – 11:00 PM (includes call & holiday rotation) – 1 opening
Position Summary
A reputed healthcare client in Morristown, NJ is seeking experienced and compassionate CT Technologists to join their imaging department. In this role, you will be responsible for performing CT imaging procedures, ensuring patient safety, and supporting physicians with timely and accurate diagnostic imaging.
Responsibilities
- Perform CT imaging procedures while ensuring patient safety and comfort.
- Prepare requisitions, supplies, sterile fields, and instruments as required.
- Adhere to HIPAA compliance and verify patient identification.
- Monitor patients post-contrast injection and initiate emergency response if needed.
- Communicate with patients, families, and healthcare staff with professionalism.
- Maintain CT rooms (inventory, cleanliness, and equipment readiness).
- Assist with workflow management, triage, and coordination of emergencies.
- Follow venipuncture and injector protocols accurately.
- Ensure prompt image processing for urgent cases (e.g., Trauma, Code Grey).
- Notify radiologists of unusual findings and maintain accurate documentation.
Requirements
Education:
- High School Diploma or GED required
- Completion of a Radiography Technical Training Program (School of Radiography or College-Based Program)
Certifications & Licenses:
- ARRT RT (R)
- ARRT RT (CT)
- NJDEP – New Jersey State X-Ray License
- BLS Certification
