Associate Producer

The Role

We’re looking for a curious, hands-on Associate Producer to join our team. In this role, you’ll serve as an essential link between our developers and the tools they need to succeed. Whether you’re managing dev kit logistics, conducting playtests, or speaking up when a project timeline feels out of sync, your goal is to provide the steady operational support that allows world-class creativity to thrive.

What You’ll Actually Do:

• Support the Vision: You work alongside Producers to maintain project momentum and track progress, contributing to deliverable tracking, documentation creation, and project health status.
• Hardware Coordination: You’ll be the point person for team hardware (dev kits, event PCs, etc). You’ll handle requests, shipping, and tracking to ensure our devs have the physical tools they need. This includes the hands-on management of our equipment storage and inventory.
• Playtest Conductor: We don't just ship products; we strive to ship experiences. In this role, you’ll lead the playtesting process and turn feedback into the insights that help our developers realize their vision, including coordinating software for tests and working with design to distill feedback into digestible summary reports.
• Perspective & Presence: You contribute to a space where how we work is as important as what we make. We value people who bring a kind, curious, and collaborative spirit to the team, helping us maintain an environment where everyone feels empowered to do their best work.
• Demo & Showcase Support: You’ll provide essential on-site support for gaming events and press showcases. Whether it's coordinating travel for dev kits or troubleshooting a demo station, you ensure that every public-facing moment is seamless and that our developers feel fully supported.
• Information Architect: You’ll oversee the structure and health of our shared drives and documentation by keeping our file systems clean and our naming conventions consistent.

What You Bring:

• Experience: 1–3 years in game production or a related field. Bonus points if you’ve handled logistics or community playtesting.
• The On-Site Pro: You’re comfortable wrangling people and gear alike. Whether it’s managing a playtest or moving hardware for an event, you’re ready to roll your sleeves up to get things done.Must be able to lift and move objects up to 50 lbs.
• Developer-First Communication: You’re organized but flexible. You’re naturally curious about the "why" behind a developer’s process, using that insight to communicate with empathy and ensure they feel truly understood, not just "managed."
• The Big Picture View: You see the "ripple effect" of a delay. You don’t just track tasks; you understand how one small shift impacts the project’s health.
• Logical & Structured: You find satisfaction in the details. You’re the person who ensures our digital workspaces stay organized and our documentation remains intuitive and accessible. You are able to create clean and clear documentation to track deliverables and inform team members.
• Market Curiosity: You care about games and entertainment; you’re a member of the community and understand the market landscape from a player perspective
