Responsibilities
- Greet guests, all visitors, and clients in a friendly and professional way.
- Manage phone calls, directing calls efficiently and professionally
- Handle incoming correspondence, including emails, mail, and deliveries
- Assist with calendar management and scheduling appointments for staff members
- Support office management activities including supply inventory and maintenance coordination
- Provide customer support by addressing inquiries promptly and courteously
- Utilize Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace tools for various administrative functions
- Manage clerical responsibilities such as typing, proofreading, and record keeping with precision
Experience
- Prior office experience or administrative support roles preferred
- Familiarity with front desk operations
- Demonstrated proficiency in computer literacy, including Microsoft Office
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Personal assistant or office management experience is a plus for success in this role
Pay: $15.00 - $17.00 per hour
