Key Responsibilities:
Mail Handling and Distribution:
- Receive and open all inbound mail daily.
- Sort, scan, and distribute mail to appropriate team members.
- Drop off all outbound mail to the post office (must be walked to PO)
Marketing Materials and Office Supply Management:
- Assemble and oversee sales materials and handbook folders for prospective owners.
- Monitor and restock essential office and restroom supplies.
- Replenish supplies proactively to avoid shortages.
Marketing Signage and Equipment Maintenance:
- Clean and manage “For Rent” and “Managed by” signs as needed to maintain a professional appearance.
- Assemble “Managed by” signs
- Sign placement and retrieval from properties.
- Manage electronic code box inventory and batteries.
- Perform a weekly inventory of emergency equipment stored at the office, including dehumidifiers, fans, window A/C units, and mini-fridges.
Key Management:
- Monitor APS property key inventory.
- Follow up with staff as needed to locate or replace any missing keys.
Miscellaneous Support and Administrative Responsibilities :
- Run occasional errands or perform general gofer tasks to support office operations and staff needs.
- Review assigned tasks weekly and complete work within the designated time.
- Maintain records of completed work and communicate status updates to the relevant APS team members.
- Coordinate with the APS team for any urgent needs or time-sensitive tasks.
Position Details:
- Hours: 8 to 15 hours per week, Monday through Friday, with flexible scheduling within business hours.
- Compensation: $25 per hour.
- Support: Administrative support and oversight provided by the APS Management Team.
Requirements:
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Reliable transportation and the ability to deliver mail to the post office.
- Ability to work independently and efficiently.
- Proficiency in using smartphone apps and basic office equipment (printer/scanner).
- Must pass a background criminal check.
- Valid driver’s license in good standing.
- A company logo shirt is required and provided by APS.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
Expected hours: 10 – 20 per week
