Orthodontic Treatment Coordinator

We are Annapolis Orthodontics, a doctor-owned, single-location practice dedicated to the wonderful community of Annapolis, and we are adding a Treatment Coordinator to our team.

Key Responsibilities:

Patient Care:

• Introduces and welcomes patients to the office

• Reviews treatment plans with the doctor and the patient

• Answers all patient questions and concerns

• Prepares contracts, Insurance benefits, and payment plans

• Sends, drafts, and reviews consent forms and financial documents

• Follows up with patient by phone, text or email

• Maintains the recall and pending patient system

• Participates in answering phones, emails and scheduling appointments

• Attends all staff meetings, trainings

Records and Finance

• Sends a copy of the patient record for consultation with other specialists or general practitioners when requested

• Securely stores and handles patient records in compliance with legal requirements

• Arrange payment plans with patients

Qualifications:

• Strong communication and organizational skills.

• Sales experience is highly preferred.

• Prior dental or orthodontic experience is a plus.

• A patient-focused, professional demeanor.

• Radiology license and Dental Assistant Certification is a plus
