As we continue to deliver unforgettable experiences to our guests, we are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Laundry Attendant to join our Housekeeping Team and support our commitment to excellence.

Position Overview

The Laundry Attendant is a key member of our back-of-house operations, responsible for maintaining the cleanliness, quality, and availability of linens for guest rooms and hotel operations. This role reports directly to the Laundry Supervisor and plays an essential part in supporting a seamless guest experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Process hotel laundry efficiently and according to brand standards
• Sort and prepare soiled linens and terry for laundering
• Operate commercial washing and drying machines properly and safely
• Fold, stack, and store clean linens in designated storage areas
• Identify and treat stained items per hotel recovery procedures
• Process and separate damaged linens for discard or reallocation
• Maintain laundry area cleanliness and organization at all times
• Assist with inventory checks and linen rotation to meet daily operational needs
  
  

Requirements & Expectations

• Reliable attendance is essential—the hotel operates 24/7, including weekends and holidays
• Shifts may vary depending on business demand; flexibility is required
• Minimum availability of 16 hours per week for part-time roles
• Ability to lift, carry, and move up to 25 lbs frequently
• Comfortable working in a warm environment and with commercial laundry equipment
• Must adhere to uniform and appearance standards, as outlined in the employee handbook
• Team-oriented with a willingness to assist wherever needed
• Must review and approve personal timecards weekly to ensure payroll accuracy
• Attend all mandatory team meetings and training sessions
• Perform other duties as assigned by the Housekeeping Supervisor or Manager

• Frequent standing and walking throughout shift
• Regular use of hands and arms to operate machinery and handle linens
• May be exposed to heat, humidity, and cleaning chemicals
