We’re looking for a New Patient Coordinator to be the welcoming voice and smile that helps new patients feel at ease from the very first contact. If you love people, are motivated and detail-oriented, and you want to be part of a positive, growth-minded dental team—this could be the perfect fit.

What You’ll Do

· Serve as the primary point of contact for new patients—by phone, email, and in person

  • Conduct friendly and informative intake interviews that communicate our practice vision and set clear expectations
  • Help new patients feel comfortable and cared for, especially those who may be anxious about dental care
  • Coordinate records requests, medical clearances, and other pre-appointment needs
  • Manage scheduling for new patients, ensuring the ideal balance for patients and the team
  • Maintain accurate and complete patient and insurance information in our practice software
  • Collaborate closely with the clinical and administrative teams for a seamless patient experience
  • Help fill last-minute schedule openings and reinforce commitment to appointments through reminders and follow-ups
  • Support practice goals through excellent service that inspires referrals and positive reviews
  • Perform other duties as assigned to support the smooth and efficient operation of the office

What We’re Looking For

  • Outstanding verbal and phone communication skills
  • A genuine desire to help people feel welcome and informed
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Excitement about the role as ambassador of our practice to the broader community
  • Experience with dental or medical practice software (preferred)
  • Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
  • A positive attitude, professionalism, initiative, and reliability
  • Prior experience in a dental or healthcare front office role preferred, but not required

What We Offer

  • Competitive pay starting at $22/hour (based on experience)
  • Bonus program tied to practice goals
  • 36-hour work week, Monday–Thursday (no weekends!)
  • 401(k) with employer match
  • Paid time off and paid continuing education
  • Dental benefits and health benefit/stipend
  • A supportive, team-centered culture in a modern, newly built office
