New Patient Coordinator – Join Our Established, Patient-Focused Dental Team
Schedule: Monday–Thursday, approx. 36 hours/week (7:00 am–4:00 pm)
Pay: From $22 per hour (based on experience) bonus program

We’re looking for a New Patient Coordinator to be the welcoming voice and smile that helps new patients feel at ease from the very first contact. If you love people, are motivated and detail-oriented, and you want to be part of a positive, growth-minded dental team—this could be the perfect fit.
What You’ll Do
· Serve as the primary point of contact for new patients—by phone, email, and in person
- Conduct friendly and informative intake interviews that communicate our practice vision and set clear expectations
- Help new patients feel comfortable and cared for, especially those who may be anxious about dental care
- Coordinate records requests, medical clearances, and other pre-appointment needs
- Manage scheduling for new patients, ensuring the ideal balance for patients and the team
- Maintain accurate and complete patient and insurance information in our practice software
- Collaborate closely with the clinical and administrative teams for a seamless patient experience
- Help fill last-minute schedule openings and reinforce commitment to appointments through reminders and follow-ups
- Support practice goals through excellent service that inspires referrals and positive reviews
- Perform other duties as assigned to support the smooth and efficient operation of the office
What We’re Looking For
- Outstanding verbal and phone communication skills

- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Excitement about the role as ambassador of our practice to the broader community
- Experience with dental or medical practice software (preferred)
- Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
- A positive attitude, professionalism, initiative, and reliability
- Prior experience in a dental or healthcare front office role preferred, but not required
