What are the responsibilities and job description for the Experienced Pizza Maker-Hand Toss position at Anna's Ristorante Pasta, Vino & Pizza?
Job duties and requirements:
- A Must have Experience required in the authentic pizza preparation: hand tossed and stretched and baked in stone hearth pizza ovens.
- Stock ingredients from delivery area to storage, work area, walk in cooler or freezer.
- food prep including dough, toppings, cheese and sauce
- prepare and make pizzas, Stromboli and calzones in timely manner according to our recipes.
- follow sanitary practices for food handling.
- put away and rotate inventory properly.
- responsible for the quality of food served.
- properly open/close station by following checklists
- clean equipment and facility daily: wiping down work area, cleaning ovens, cleaning refrigerator s, walk ins, floors.
- must have excellent communication, organization and people skills.
- must be able to work individually as well as in a team based setting.
