Overview: We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Toddler Teacher to join the most experienced, loving and dedicated "family team" of teachers and employees in the south metro! The ideal candidate will have a strong background in early childhood education and a genuine love for nurturing young minds. As a Lead Toddler Teacher, you will create a safe, engaging, and stimulating environment that fosters the social, emotional, and cognitive development of children aged 18 months to 33 months. Your role will be pivotal in laying the foundation for lifelong learning and curiosity. We embrace the philosophy that "your family is our family!"
Duties
- Create a warm and welcoming classroom atmosphere that encourages children to express themselves.
- Foster positive relationships with students, parents, and colleagues to support the children's development.
- Monitor and assess each child's progress and adapt teaching methods accordingly.
- Maintain classroom management by establishing clear rules and expectations for behavior.
- Organize activities that promote physical, emotional, and social skills development.
- Ensure the safety and well-being of all students at all times.
- Communicate regularly with parents regarding their child's progress and any concerns.
