Position Summary
We are seeking a Full-Time RN Weekend Warrior (1st Shift) to deliver high-quality resident care and lead our STNA team with compassion and professionalism.

What You’ll Do
- Provide compassionate, resident-centered nursing care
- Supervise and support STNAs in daily care activities
- Administer medications and treatments per physician orders
- Ensure resident safety, comfort, and cleanliness
- Complete accurate charting and documentation
- Communicate with physicians regarding care plans
- Notify families and providers of condition changes or incidents
- Obtain lab specimens as ordered
- Assist with new staff orientation
- Deliver exceptional customer service to residents, families, and coworkers

Qualifications:
- Must possess a current, active license to practice as a Registered Nurse in Ohio.
